Sessions are available both in-person and via telehealth Australia-wide.
Payment is required on the day of your appointment. EFTPOS and credit card payments are accepted.
Appointments commencing before 9:00am or after 5:00pm attract a $15 after-hours surcharge.

Medicare Rebates
If you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
The current rebate for sessions with a Clinical Psychologist is approximately $149.05, leaving an out-of-pocket fee of around $130.95 for a standard session.
Rebates are processed at the time of payment and are usually returned to your nominated bank account within 24–48 hours.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
As appointments are in high demand, I ask for adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a 50% cancellation fee
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance incur the full session fee
I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and these are considered on a case-by-case basis.
